Her expertise in brand storytelling and experiential marketing ensures that every event not only runs flawlessly but also aligns seamlessly with her clients' visions and business goals.
As Event Coordinator, David Maxwell brings a fresh, fashion-forward perspective to event planning. Based in Manhattan, he is currently studying Fashion Business and Marketing at the Fashion Institute of Technology. With a lifelong passion for fashion and working in the events industry for almost a decade, executing events is a dream job. David blends creativity, style, and strategic marketing insight to craft unforgettable experiences. His keen eye for style and attention to detail ensure that every event is both flawlessly executed and uniquely tailored to his clients' visions.

Occasionally Fabulous Events is seeking a passionate, organized, and self-motivated Event Coordinator to join our team, specializing in Bar and Bat Mitzvah celebrations. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who loves bringing people together through meaningful and memorable experiences.
Our company plans corporate and social events with up to 12 mitzvah events per year and that number is growing. This role is ideal for someone looking to gain hands-on experience, grow into a full-time mitzvah planner, and become part of a collaborative, creative team that’s all about making unforgettable moments happen.
As the Event Coordinator, you’ll support both planning and day-of execution. Responsibilities include:
